Sprinkler Systems
If you need sprinkler parts, engineering design or an entirely new system for commercial or residential purposes, we can help. We can also provide the proper inspection per NFPA standards and document our test results, including any deficiencies that should be noted and repaired to ensure the system will operate properly at the time of fire.
Inspections must be conducted monthly, quarterly, annually, and on a 5-year basis.
Fire Alarm Systems
We carry many of the brand names including General Electric, Mircom, and Fire Lite. We have access to every fire alarm system manufactured today. We can also inspect and maintain your sophisticated equipment periodically to ensure its operation meets all local, state and federal codes.
Functional test must be conducted annually.
Kitchen
Systems &
Hood & Duct Cleaning
We install Amerex, Ansul, Pyro-Chem and Buckeye kitchen systems. All the systems are in stock. We can install a new system the same day you call. We can also inspect your existing systems per NFPA 96 and17A standards. Our hood and duct cleaning company will clean your hoods, duct and exhaust system down to bare metal. The combination of our inspection and cleaning provides you the highest quality and the lowest cost.
The complete inspection of the kitchen fire suppression system much be conducted every six months. The hoods, ducts and fans should be inspected monthly for grease build-up and should be cleaned quarterly, semi-annually or annually depending upon the type of cooking you’re doing, as well as the grease build-up.
Commercial Air
Duct & HVAC Cleaning
We collect debris and contaminates from the duct and vents and put clean air back into the environment.
In most cases an annual inspection must be conducted.
Emergency
Lighting
We can install new emergency lights or repair what you have.
We can provide and install new emergency light and exit light equipment or repair what you have. When a power failure or a fire occurs, the safety of your employees and customers is essential. We will provide the required reporting to meet your local, state and federal requirements. We will inspect the lights, align all the heads and perform a hazard inspection including verifying the charge voltage.
A 90-minute duration test and inspection must be conducted annually.
Portable Fire Extinguishers
We carry every size and type of portable fire extinguisher in-stock and on our trucks. They can be delivered and installed today. Our technicians will ensure that you have the right extinguisher for the hazard being protected and that the coverage meets the required code. Our inspection program can be all-inclusive or a la carte, it’s your choice. We will come out automatically every year to conduct this required test.
Portable fire extinguishers inspections must be performed monthly along with maintenance performed annually.
Gas Station Systems
If you are building a new station or if you have an existing system, we can help. We can install a new system or service what you have. We will test all controlled equipment and fuel shut-down, as well as full mechanical inspection of tanks and piping.
Inspections must be conducted semi-annually.
Clean Agent Systems
Whether it’s Co2, FM 200 or any of the other clean agents, we can provide a system that will protect your sophisticated high-tech equipment. We will also perform a test of the detection and control equipment; as well as a room integrity and mechanical test and a full inspection to ensure that the system in functioning properly.
Inspections must be performed semi-annually.
