Michael O'Rourke is the co-owner of Tri State Fire Protection, LLC, a full service provider for fire and suppression equipment and services. With over 30 years experience in the fire protection industry, he has held such positions as Vice President of Service with Tyco Fire and Security, the former EVP and GM of New England Fire Equipment Company, and past President of the Merrimack Valley Safety Council. He has also held many speaking engagements for large audiences across the country on topics related to Fire Protection.

Steve Schlesingeris the co-owner of Tri State Fire Protection, LLC, a full service provider for fire and suppression equipment and services. Steve has been an executive level leader in several venture capital backed start-up/early stage environments and turn around situations. He recently grew a network security company from startup to $10M in sales. In the past, he has built a team of internal employees and partners to serve the international markets team where they generated $20M in sales as part of a $350M NASDAQ traded technology company. Steve has been part of 8 successful acquisitions and integration efforts. He is a hands on highly technical manager experienced in driving all aspects of sales, marketing, services, administration, accounting and HR.

Jim Smith is the co-manager of Tri State Hood & Duct, LLC. He manages approximately 20 employees. Jim has been with the company since 2006. He has 15 years experience in this industry. Jim holds an IKECA Certification and is MA/CR licensed to perform Fire Suppression System inspection and portable Fire Extinguisher inspection and maintenance. He also holds a certification from NADCA for the inspection of HVAC systems.

Gale Gregorio is the co-manager of Tri State Hood & Duct, LLC. She manages approximately 20 employees. Gale has been with the company since 2006. She has 25 years experience in this industry. Gale holds an IKECA certification and is MA/CR licensed to perform Fire Suppression System inspection and portable fire extinguisher inspection and maintenance.

Billie Gregorio is the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Manager for Tri State Fire Protection, LLC. She has been with the company since 2006, where she began a career in sales. Billie is currently the manager of the fire alarm and sprinkler department, a position she has held since 2007. Prior to joining our company, Billie held several management and supervisory positions at various companies within our industry. With over 15 years experience, Billie has much to offer our customers.

John Theriault is the Operations Manager of Tri State Fire Protection, LLC. He has been with the company since 2006. John has over 17 years in the fire protection industry. He has held licenses in the State of Massachusetts for kitchen systems, gas stations and portable fire extinguisher inspections. He is also certified by manufacturers of Range Guard, Ansul and Pyro-Chem products to perform services. John has held various technical and managerial positions during his tenure at various organizations within our industry

David Malette is the Fire Systems Manager for Tri State Fire Protection, LLC. He has been with the company since 2006. David has an MA/CR for fire suppression systems, engineered suppression systems, gas station system and portable fire extinguishers. He has certificates from Amerex, Buckeye, Ansul, Range Guard, Badger as well as many other manufacturers. David is an industry expert and will come to your facilities in a moment's notice. David’s 30 years of experience is a huge benefit to our customers and employees.
